University non-discrimination policies
Indiana University prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in its programs, services, and activities, and is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities receive protections and equal access as outlined by the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable federal and state laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability.
